KD8YCW Appointed Teller for Net Manager Election

In accordance with COTN bylaws I have appointed Becky KD8YCW as Teller for the net manager election. She will call for nominations December 1-7, and accept votes December 8-15. Voting will take place by radiogram by those on the roster as of December 1.
