1. Thanks to all participating players, controllers, evaluators, and observers involved to date.
2. BLACK SWAN 17 is resuming once daily OPBULL schedule.
3. Participating organizations are asked to develop After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) documents using HSEEP standard if possible. See Info Packet for template. https://sites.google.com/view/blackswan/2017/info-packet
4. Participants are asked to deliver AAR/IP documentation to BLACK SWAN 17 Exercise Director for inclusion in BLACK SWAN 17 AAR/IP.
5. BLACK SWAN 17 will conclude all Intense Activity period actions in place of Recovery period actions at 091000Z Oct 17.
6. BLACK SWAN 17 ENDEX IS AT 151000Z Oct 17.
