1. W8SGT will be visited by exercise observers approximately 1100-1200L today.
2. W8SGT will appreciate SITREPs delivered while observers are present.
3. Reports and methods of delivery to W8SGT should follow usual procedure:
   1. Copy any BULLs from OHDEN,
   2. Send direct tactical traffic via Ohio HF Emergency Net, and
   3. Send SITREPs and other formal traffic via traffic system as TEST PRIORITY precedence.
